CEI involves overseeing all phases of construction, from initial site preparation to the final project closeout. Our team manages project timelines, conducts thorough inspections, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. This process ensures the integrity, safety, and efficiency of infrastructure projects, delivering results that meet both client and community needs.
K-Factor’s CEI capabilities entail Construction Administration and Management, Construction Inspections and Oversight and Constructability/Plans Reviews for roadway, bridge, and ITS construction projects. Our seasoned leadership and industrywide reputation for engineering excellence and stellar client service opened doors for the company to secure FDOT contracts as a prime consultant leading to the award of 7 projects within the first year of the company’s launch. This unique accomplishment speaks volumes to the “top-notch” engineers and inspection staff that K-Factor offers. Within K-Factor’s first 5 years, we completed 24 projects as a Prime Consultant for FDOT Districts 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and are continuing to provide services in those districts. Notably, our projects earned statewide recognition through FTBA (Florida Transportation Builders’ Association) and ACAF (Asphalt Contractors Association of Florida) awards.
